No, according to the information available on the official website of the institution and its university, states that for admission to the BA in Journalism and Mass Communication professional course, candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum of 60%. Additionally, Jain Entrance Test scores are accepted for admission to the BA course. However, the university does accept scores of other entrance examinations for different UG & PG courses but for BA only JET is considered.

Yes, CMS Bangalore BA admission is entrance-based. For admission to every course at Jain-deemed-to be-university affilaited institution, it accepts JET (Jain Entrance Test) scores. The exam is held in various phases throughout the year. The exam held in an online proctored test mode. Candidates can take the exam from the comfort of their homes as it is an online test that can be taken from Desktop computers and laptop computers. The online proctored JET exam has MCQ-type questions. Candidates are selected based on their JET Score and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed for the courses.
