To get admission in coimbatore it will be based on the branch. If you want to join in CSE in Amrita coimbatore then you should get 400 below rank for non locals and for locals the rank can be 700 below.

Locals means the residents of Kerala, Tamilnadu. They are given more preference.Non locals are given next preference.

For ECE branch you have to get 800 below and for other branches it is ok if you get 1500 below rank.

The percentage is impressive however not enough to get Coimbatore seat . But you have better chances of getting admission in Banglore or Amritapuri campus .

To know more about the examination, refer to the official website of the examination or Shiksha.

The expected cut off of Tamil Nadu Agriculture College for B.Sc agriculture for BC is around 185-170. This expected cutoff is on the basis of the previous years cutoff which are 187 and 190.5.

There is a slight chance of you getting selected in the second or third merit list. You can go for other colleges which offers good placement. There are colleges which offers good study environment and faculties such as Karuna University, Amrita Vishwa Vidhyapeetham, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Horticulture college and Research Institute, FCRI, KIA, JKKMCAS, NSS College, Kerala Agricultural University etc.
