At that CET score, the best bet you have is the PGDM programme of NL Dalmia College. It is quite popular for its Finance programme as well as placements.

Some of our Indian Universities offer B.Tech or M.Tech, on the basis of our previous degree. You can try there. But for a good scope, there are many colleges which are taking students who have not given their entrance exam. But you have to pay some extra donation to them. It is better to do the courses in IITs through entrance exams.
