Hi. MAH CET 2021 Syllabus has been released. It will be organized in the second week of March 2021. MAH CET is organized every year by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra. This is a state level entrance exam held every year for providing admission into MBA & MS courses. As per BCI rule, 45% minimum for 3 year LL.B. ( general ) and 40 % for another category. Yes, there are many colleges giving admission without MH-CET. Also, there is no upper age limit on appearing for MH- CET. You can also pursue LL.B. In distance mode from colleges like Annamalai University. But it is not valid for legal practice. The age limit is for 5 years LL.B. From NLU. You can do LL.B. Via -
1) regular courses
2) distance mode ( not valid for legal practice). You can refer BCI rule for regular courses ( age, marks, etc. ).
