COEP is better any day, not just for a particular branch but as a college itself. It has a rich history, some exceptional alumni from both Mechanical and Instrumentation departments and frankly the brand speaks for itself. Mechanical department was very recently renovated, so you are going to GET state-of-the-art facilities there. Along with that comes the added bonus of good placements with good packages. Oh and a fun fact, our Mechanical department is 104 years old!
Instrumentation has always had state of the art labs and some amazing teaching faculty coupled with the great placement and packages. COEP is one of the oldest institutes

Hello,
Hope you are doing well. You have secured very good marks and rank in JEE Mains. There are a lot of IIIT and government colleges which offer great education services.
For your reference, I am attaching a link so that you can find the best college you will get based on your marks and rank-

Hi, you have scored very less marks for CSE at COEP. You can use this link to find out which colleges you can get from these marks. This is Shiksha's official college predictor tool based on previous years data.

Or you can go for your state government engineering colleges. All the best.

Check out last year's cutoff from DTE official site. Don't restrict yourself to particular branch but see what suits you the best. Visit the college and have proper information about it, from seniors, friends and others.
According to me you will get AISSMS COE and IOIT both, ENTC, Instrumentation branches easily and it is fairly good college. But do check once for the last year cutoffs.
Also if you have any other college in mind or get it, check for placement record first, then faculty and then crowd. Also see if the college has basic infrastructure well built and easily accessible.
All the best.

With this score the chances are less to get admission in Engineering colleges. you can also use MHT CET college predictor to check your chance.
You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria else give it a try.You have very great chance to get into this institute with this rank.
Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately.
