The quality of the food at the hostel mess has therefore found an acceptable benchmark among the students of SSBT's College of Engineering and Technology. Mess offers several Vegetarian Meals available for Students and they are categorized for Students with specific dietary requirements. The hygiene standards are maintained while preparing the food and a lot of consideration has been given to foods that will be nutritionally balanced. The students have complained of the taste being good and portions being reasonable; the fees for the mess services normally range between INR 10,000 to 12,000 per year.

Yes, we have a placement cell in the college and SSBT's College of Engineering and Technology, Warananwata is also equipped with a placement cell to help the students. The cell arranges for training sessions, workshops and campus interviews with leading employment-generating organizations, particularly in the information technology, manufacturing and engineering fraternity. Much consideration is given to the internships and placement opportunities, with students' annual median salary being between INR 3.5 to 5.5 LPA and the placement rate being more than 75% every year.

Since it is an undergraduate course, the admission procedure considers the MHT CET score, or JEE Main score in the case of non-Maharashtra candidates for B.E./B.Tech at SSBT's College of Engineering and Technology. candidates must submit their eligible documents like above now the eligibility criteria for this stream is 50% marks in 10+2 in physics chemistry and mathematics. The admission process is through the Maharashtra CAP; otherwise through management seats for the qualifying candidates.

At the College of Engineering and Technology, SSBT hostel charges vary from 35000 INR-45000 INR per annum based on single/shared room. Meals, internet to be called Wi-Fi, security and other incidental charges are also catered by the fees. Amenities provided in the hostel are basic but adequate to enhance a comfortable student stay of working on assignments and other activities within the hostel to ensure students are not distracted on campus.

Getting a seat in the PGP College of Engineering (PGPCE) is usually quite difficult, especially for popular branches such as that of Computer Science and Electronics Engineering. Despite the comparatively liberal intake policy of the college, it abides by the Anna University norms and aspiring candidates usually have to meet the necessary cutoff scores set by TNEA (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission). Indeed, it is true that the PGP College of Engineering (PGPCE) has commenced admissions into several different UG and PG courses. Interested candidates willing to apply for B.E./B.Tech courses may do so by following the procedures of the college. As far as the standard of food offered in the hostel mess of PGP College of Engineering (PGPCE) is concerned, the opinions are very subjective. Some students like the food since it is healthy and clean, while others think that it is boring and tasteless. It has also been noted that the quality of food does not always live up to expectations, as some students have gone on to complain that messy food is basic and repetitive with only chapatti, idlis, dosas, and rice dishes on the menu. Nevertheless, the hostel facilities are mostly clean and well kept and the general ambience is said to be pleasant and safe for habitation.
