Hi,
As you have scored 117 in NATA and 80% in 12th (CBSE), you are eligible to take admission in this college. But you need to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly. In addition, you need to wait till the last round of the counselling process to get a seat in this college.
So to be in the safer side, apply for some other colleges also.

Hi, A candidate has to register in Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical (KEAM) exam to get a rank for counseling. NATA 2019 exam score or JEE paper 2 exam scores along with 12th scores is the only score that matters. Around 60 seats would be in COE Trivandrum as government merit seats.

Hi, Army Institute of Technology at Pune is exclusively for the wards of Army personnel. It accepts students based on ranking in JEE Mains. However prospective students have to register with AIT for admission counselling since it's not part of JoSAA. Best wishes to you.

You can pursue M.Tech without GATE score as well. SPA Delhi, SPA Bhopal and SPA Vijaywada. These colleges offer M.Plan in Urban and Regional planning, Transport and Environment, Infrastructure Planning. These colleges offer seats based on your past record, entrance examination and personal interview. You can also go for CEPT university which offer admission based on SKYPE interview and written and oral test!
Good luck!

I would suggest you to go with SJIBIT as its placements are around 99.89% as per NAAC and it has been graded 3.2 by the same. Overall, it is the best college.
