To crack the AMU BTech entrance exam, you need to prepare effectively. Here are some tips that will help you clear the exam:

• Eligibility Criteria: Ensure you meet the eligibility requirements for the exam, including educational qualifications and age limits.
• Syllabus: Familiarize yourself with the exam syllabus, which is similar to the 12th standard syllabus, covering subjects like Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
• Exam Pattern: Understand the exam pattern, which consists of 150 questions in 3 sections with a duration of 3 hours. Each correct answer is awarded 1 mark, and 0.25 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer.
• Preparation: Dedicate time to study each subject thoroughly, practice solving sample papers, and focus on areas where you need improvement.
• AMU Cut Off: Aim to score above the cut-off marks to secure admission. The cut-off is determined by factors like the number of candidates, exam difficulty, etc.

Senior Secondary School Certificate or an equivalent examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics. For admission to B.Sc. (Hons.) with Physics / as Main Subject, the candidate should have passed Mathematics at the qualifying examination.Apart from the BSc course, the University also offers BSc (Hons) courses.
