It is doubtful that a student with a 65 percentile in JEE Mains will be admitted to Mangalayatan University's B.Tech programme because the university usually requires a higher JEE Mains score for admission. A applicant must score at least 70% on the jEE Mains entrance test in order to be considered for admission to the B.Tech program, according to the college's most recent cutoff lists. The cutoff list, however, is subject to annual revision. Students interested in checking the list could visit the official website or click the following link:

Both are good institutions of learning.
But it can be better to study at National law University, Delhi. Faculty of law, AMU can be taken as a second option. AMU is good in teaching but it is like Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) which is not comparable with IITs.
Studying at NLU has many relative advantages than studying at AMU. It will give you wide exposure to the world if ideas and learning and also facilitate you in learning other things. You can also easily participate and observe or attend courts at Delhi high court and the Supreme court of India
