Shubham, with this much information I cant tell whether you will be able to get IIIT Allahabad or not as it ultimately depends on your final JEE MAINS rank which takes into account your XII boards percentage as well. So, without knowing your percentage , it's really hard to predict whether this score is sufficient enough or not.

Pratishtha38067, there is no particular procedure for applying for IIITA. The admission here is done through JEE MAINS counselling only just like other NITs and IIITs. You just have to fill this up in your preferences and you will get it if you would have secured a suitable rank.

After the declaration of the rank only. The admissions are through the joint admission procedure for IIITs and NITs and many other institutes.

ya in term of package both are nearly same
but as nit is older institute so it must be best but nitis also equals to iiita
