Yes, there are 90% chances that you will get Gayatri Vidya Parishad College in the first phase, in the second phase of allotment, you'll definitely get admission there.
The fee structure is INR 88000/ year for both convenor quota and category B seats.

Dear sir, you can try your luck in the vaccancies in DSNLU or Nlu cochi i.e after 3rd councelling is over, moreover you can try for NRI Sponsered seats in these universities if u can afford .but you need to be very particular in opting for the universities because most of them are conducted on the same date.

Yes, admission in Andhra University is based on entrance exams only. Yes, a minimum qualification of class 12th is also needed, but entrance exams also play a great role in allotment of college. Andhra University conducts two types of entrance exams;
* AUCET Andhra University Common Entrance Test.
* AUEET Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test.

Eligibility criteria for admission in Andhra University, says that a candidate who want to take admission in the respected University needs to be a class 12th pass out, with an aggregate marks of 50% - 55% of marks. Rest, it all depends upon the stream that you have choose.

No, you won't get any branch in AU with your rank. If the seats are left out in the 2nd counselling, then you have a chance of getting them in the 3rd counselling that too, if you have reservation. All the best.

Your brother have more chance of getting your desired college in EEE College and it is quite difficult for you to get seat in MVG. So, try once in the counselling and proceed, as per your interest based on your rank. All the best.
