Review of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

Placements: Faculty members are quite experienced and also the department. Although I have not experienced yet, but I heard that the placements are adequate. However, we will get to know completely about the placements when companies conduct drives. I hope the management will look after the placements for us more curiously for our better future so that the juniors could get reference through us.

Infrastructure: The campus is not much huge, but it is very neat and tidy. Classrooms are spacious enough. The college has four-storey buildings with huge classrooms, which looks decent. There is a playground in the college and is good enough for a football match. There is no huge area for parking. Overall, the college looks amazing.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly erudite, experienced and generous. They are punctual, and they teach well. But the main drawback is they complete the syllabus before the time in a shortcut, so we don't get sufficient knowledge about the concept.

Other: The campus crowd is smart and well behaved.

Good teaching faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: This course does not conduct any formal campusing programme. There is a placement cell in the college for all students. We are required to register ourselves there. We have not received any calls regarding placement yet. The course does't not gaurentee any campus placement opportunities.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is of high quality. Technology friendly and comfortable classrooms with a capacity of 50 students per room, library facilities and access to computers is there. The canteen offers various range of food and is pocket friendly. The infrastructure is well built and is kept under high maintainance. The entire campus is very clean and well disciplined. Students have access to common rooms where one can play indoor games.

Faculty: Most teachers are guest faculty members. The teachers are helpful and qualified. Teaching style is through PPT presentation and lectures comprising of both theoretical and practical concepts. Most students are working professionals, hence, the course is planned in a manner which suits every student. But we did not get any industry exposure.

Other: The programme AIMS at building concepts and not just restricting students within written examination. The practical examination comprised of project presentation and a project report is to be prepared as well.

Placements: One of the most successful colleges when it comes to the placements in Kolkata. As per the placement record, 95% of the students were placed in the various renowned industries. Regarding the internships, the college provides flexible timings, and the faculty are cooperative as well. The salaries offered are of high standards, and even we do get the special preference when people get to know the name of the college.

Infrastructure: One of the best colleges in Kolkata with the high-class infrastructure. There is well-qualified teaching staff. Even the non-teaching staffs are the worth mentioning. All the classes are digitalised, and most of the classes have A/C's. The college has got a football field and games room as well.

Faculty: Well, when it comes to Xavier, Kolkata, we have the best professors. The course offered is taught at the high professional approach. Yes, you can. I myself had this combination of subjects in my 11th and 12th. I have completed my Bachelors in microbiology from Calcutta University and am now pursuing my masters in the same from BHU. Just make sure that you score well in order to get yourself enrolled in a prestigious institution.
