Please refer to the link provided below for a detailed comparison between Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering and KL University College of Engineering for a course. You should be able to compare various features of the two institutes to help you reach a decision of which is better, and where you would like to pursue.

You must clear all the subjects in BTech. I mean you should pass B.Tech and then apply for the distance education Masters in Mass Communication. One such degree is also awarded by Kurukshetra University.
To do MA in Mass Communication, one does not need a particular stream in graduation.

Dear Pradeep, You can change your degree after B.Tech. You can take admission for M.Sc. However, it is advisable to take admission for M.Tech Aerospace Engineering after B.Tech. That will add value to your profile. Hope this helps.

Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) has released the first phase of the counselling schedule for its Common Entrance Test (CET). SVUCET 2018 counselling (phase-I) for different courses in which admission is offered through this exam is scheduled to commence on July 3 and end on July 14. I don't think there is any kind of fee for the counselling session.
Regards.
