Yes Assam Rajiv Gandhi University will refund fees because UGC the latest notice says
Student will get 100% refund of the fee if he/she applies for refund under 15 days of admission
After 15 days of admission the student will get 90% of fee
After 30 days of admission the student will get 80% of fee
After 60 days of admission the student will get 50% of fee
After this college will not refund any fee.
