No, you can not apply for NIT Arunachal Pradesh as a distance education student as the institute does not offer any of its courses through distance mode. The undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral rogrammes offered at the institute are all provided through regular or part-time (for PhD) mode. Hence, one can not apply for the programmes as a distance education students. Students can however, check out various other colleges and insitutes offering the same. Yes Assam Rajiv Gandhi University will refund fees because UGC the latest notice says
Student will get 100% refund of the fee if he/she applies for refund under 15 days of admission
After 15 days of admission the student will get 90% of fee
After 30 days of admission the student will get 80% of fee
After 60 days of admission the student will get 50% of fee
After this college will not refund any fee.
