Sorry but you are not able to get a govt. college with this rank. You should try in top private colleges of UPTU like IMS-Ghaziabad, Shri Ram Murti Smarak, RKGIT-Ghaziabad, Galgotias College Noida, ABESEC-Ghaziabad and UCER Allahabad.
