I would suggest to go for AKGEC if you are getting, if you have no choice left them go for KIIT. AKGEC is among top colleges in UPTU and if you take CSE/IT, then you will get placed with nice package but if you take other branch then better go for higher studies. And same is for KIIT

Each field has its own plus and negative point. But according to me, M.Sc biotechnology and M.Sc forensic science are good for you but you have to study hard for forensic science.

Yes, you can take admission in Trident Academy of Creative Technology for B.Sc (Hons) in Biotechnology.

Have you done a diploma course? Because diploma people enter laterally.

To pursue this course, you need to have a BA degree. With B.Sc in physics, you won't be eligible to apply.

Well, it is up to you whether you choose a well-built infrastructure or you go for a better exposure. Infrastructure and facilities in IITTM-Gwalior are far better than IITTM, Noida, but you will definitely get better practical exposure in Noida centre of IITTM as the centre is situated in NCR and all resources are nearby.
