IIBM doesn't offer 100percentPlacements and neither has dedicated Placements cell for lucrative opportunities, so not recommended of you looking for good roles into Management.

Not necessary. Even top B-Schools can't give any guarantee to value for money. If ISM Patna offers PGDM/MBA from any university recognized by AICTE then you can enroll there.
