A list of programme colleges exists in Bihar and Jharkhand. Bihar contains Patna University that requires a 1-year course for INR 8,200 as well as Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University asking for INR 9,010 for 1-year study and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University needing INR 1,700 for a 1-year program. BCECE is the entrance exam conduct in Bihar at state level. It covers courses of Engineering, agriculture, pharmacy and animal science. If we talk about ranking, so in terms of percentage, the cut-off is 50% for the general category and 40% for the reserved category candidates. In this exam, in SC around rank till 3000 students may get any college easily so it's quite easy to get the college at 1339 rank. The colleges which you can get are Gaya college of engineering, MIT Muzaffarpur, DCE Darbhanga and many more.
