Nalanda University is an ancient university in Bihar (India) during 5th century. Later, it was destroyed by invader Bakhtiyar Khilji in the 12th century. So, it was not continously operational. That's why Nalanda University is not the oldest university in the world.

Hi, most of the MBBS colleges in Bihar accept admission only on the basis of NEET and Bihar NEET, therefore it would be quite difficult for you to pursue MBBS in Bihar on merit basis.

It depends on the college's eligibility criteria and the JEE Main cutoff for the year. Some institutes accept students with lower JEE Main ranks.
Eligibility criteria
To get admission to top engineering colleges in Bihar, you must pass Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in Class 12 with at least 60% marks.
You must also pass standard entrance exams like JEE Main, ICAR AIEEA, JEE Advanced, etc.
JEE Main cutoff
The JEE Main cutoff for the SC category in 2025 is expected to be between 61 and 92.
The cut-off for the General category is expected to be between 85 and 100 marks.
