Requirements for Admission at Algonquin College
Algonquin College admits those who have earned an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or an equivalent qualification from outside Ontario. Failing a high school Diploma does not prevent candidates from applying as mature students, provided they are at least 19 years of age.
In addition, some specific programme requirements must also be met by international students, such as proof of previous education or proof of English language proficiency through IELTS scores. Each programme may have supplementary requirements as well.
