Yes, Google, based out of Mountain View, California, is one of the many top technological organizations known to recruit University of British Columbia MBA graduates.

Apart from Google, the likes of Amazon, IBM, Deloitte, KPMG, DHL, HP, EY, Johnson & Johnson are among some other top companies known to hire UBC graduates.

Technology also happens to be the most popular industry among graduates, with about 24% of the overall MBA graduate population, landing jobs in the industry.

Justin Trudeau, pursued an degree in Education from UBC, having previously pursued a UG degree in English Literature from McGill.

Trudeau led the Liberal Party between 2013 & 2025, while also being a member of Parliament for Papineau from 2008 to 2025.

He was recently succeeded by Mark Carney

Yes, to appear for the University of Toronto admissions. the students are required to submit an English proficiency test score such as IELTS or TOEFL. For IELTS, the students should have a minimum score of 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0 in any strand. 

Results from IELTS (Academic) are considered for admissions at this university.

To apply at the University of Toronto as an international student, an English proficiency exam like IELTS with a score of 6.5 or a TOEFL score of 90 is required for most of UG programs. There is an admission  requirement of standardized tests too, the students might be required to take SAT or ACT for UG level courses. A SAT score of 1330 to 1500 is recommended, on the other hand for ACT, a score of 29 to 34 is required.
