Once you receive an LOA from St. Clair College you will need to pay the full confirmation fee stated in the letter. Then you will have to apply for a Canadian study permit and lastly upload the same through the international OCAS portal.
Note that the college accepts international students on a first come first basis.

The best ways to find part-time jobs at MUN University Canada is by using on-campus programs like MUCEP (Memorial University Career Experience Program) and SWASP (Student Work and Service program).
The university also maintains an off-campus job postings portal at the My MUNLife website. Students can check that out as well to look for part-time work near the university campus.

The choice of which is better depends on the factor being used to compare the two. In terms of overall rankings, the University of Manitoba (#18 in Canada) is better than Memorial University of Newfoundland (#21 in Canada).
However, MUN Canada offers courses at some of the the lowest tuition rates in Canada, and is much more affordable if the budget is tight.
Course wise, MUN is better for Marine Biology, Engineering, and Business. Manitoba Uni is usually preferred for Agriculture and Health Sciences programs.
