I think for Bachelor's degree your profile is good. You must further check the subject specific cut-offs with the university. Your IELTS score is also quite good.

As per the details available on the internet/university website, there are vacancy for international students, but nowhere is mentioned specifically for Indian students. As per the data available, an estimated 5.53 Lacs Indian students are studying abroad in 86 countries as per government data where Indian Students are studying in 86 different countries. 55% of the Indian students in USA & Canada. 26 Countries have less than 100 students each. So I believe Indian student would be there. For exact information, you can email the university for more details, I am sure they will help. Al the best.
