BA LL.B. Is a five-year course. Having passed 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognised board with a recommended minimum of 50% on aggregate, a candidate may apply for this course. Admission to most of the law schools/universities is done through a national level or university level entrance test.

If your form is cancelled then there is something which you had filled wrong. So, if there is no window for resubmit the form then you will not able to attend the exam.

Of course they take a test on 10th basis.

As long as the university is recognised by the GOI through UGC or other relevant authorities, it's valid in Nepal.

You need to have a graduation degree to appear for UPSC CSE.
