You question lacks clarity, there are two ways to interpret your question, either you wish to change course from your current course or your are seeking lateral entry. For the first scenario you would have to get approval from the college, but I doubt weather they will let you skip 1 st year, in the second scenario there's a 50-50 chance, but you would have to contact the college for that.

Everyone recommended me this college, and said this university focus on overall development and personality. Dehradun has excellent weather and an awesome city to be explored along with nearby hill beauty. It is economic to study here including food and lodging. Fee Structure and Facilities:
Yes, the fee structure is feasible for all courses I suppose, because it is a state government university and so expenses cut short automatically. Courses are good, plus affordable. The Post Graduate Diploma in Management PGDM programme is spread over a period of two years, divided into six trimesters. Each trimester is of 12 weeks duration in which each subject is taught in classrooms for 30 sessions each of one-hour duration. Around 90-95% of students from CSE/IT department gets placed in some or the other companies. The package could be as low as 2.8 Lacs or it could be high as 25 Lacs (although only 2 students got that in the entire history), but students at least got a job.
