Government colleges have more reputation than private colleges. But if you are looking for good placement, then some government colleges don't provide good placements (not all of them).
And there is also mass recruitment in all colleges. So you have to be unique if you want a good package. UPES provides good placements. But mass recruitment is also present in UPES.
VM provided more than 15 LPA. Microsoft gave an offer of 11 LPA.

I don't know much about MAIT, Delhi but in UPES it is good. There are several sub branches for CS. It's up to you which branch you will choose. Placements in UPES is also good. Faculty is also experienced which will give you full support. The highest package offered was around 27 LPA. Top recruiters are Microsoft, VMware, dell, LNT, IBM.

Hi Mukesh,
No college provide 100% guarantee on placements. Placements seem average in this institute. However, it also totally depends on the candidate appearing for the interview. For updated information on the placement, get in touch with the current students or alumni of the college. You can also drop an email to the college for more clarification. Regards.

Yes, you can get admission in The ICFAI University, Dehradun if you have scored 86 marks in CLAT. It is worth taking admission but if we talk about the hostel facility, especially for boys. The hostel is available for boys but it is not upto the mark. As per the previous students who reside in the hostel are not satisfied but it is not that one should not choose it, one can go for it.
