First of all it depends upon your interest whether it is CSE or Electronics. Because if that is clear that you can choose any college from the two colleges you have mentioned above because both colleges are really good whether it is talk in terms of education facility, infrastructure and Placement cell is concerned.

Yes you can apply through general category, but the main thing is that the DU cut-off percentage is very high for general category as compare to OBC. In addition to that I also SEE some colleges closed their admission after first or second list for general category. But that is not the case with OBC. So in short chances of getting admission is very high if you choose OBC category in comparison to general category.

As per the UPSC's eligibility criteria of CDS for OTA (Men), the candidates need to be unmarried and should have age between 19-25 years. Every candidate who is willing to apply for CDS 2020, must have completed their Graduation or at least is appearing for the final exam of the degree.
