Doing M.Tech or B.Tech or any other technical courses are not allowed in distance learning mode in India as per UGC guidelines so I would recommend, if you wish to do M.Tech or any other engineering program then you should take admission in regular college rather than in institutes, because your degree will not be valid.

Firstly congratulations for your rank, with this percentage you can get most of the courses. If you are from arts stream, you can get courses like polical Science (Hons), philosophy (hons), sociology (hons), English (hons) etc. In commerce stream, you can get B.Com but chances of getting B.Com (Hons) are low because the cut off is really high for it. For Science too, you can get physics (hons) or chemistry (hons)
Just remember if you choose a course different from the stream you have passed 12th in, 2.5% will be deducted from your best of four percentage. Also, take admission in one college, but keep checking next cut offs too, you mig
