Yes, you can get admission in this college easily, but if you are looking for admission in best state government college of India for admission. You have to give the paper of JEE mains and secured rank rank upto INR. 5 laCS and class 12th percentage is good. Then, you can take admission in any government college by state counselling.
Good luck.

General Category, female, non-engineer, you will have a good chance, just clear CAT with good marks. I think with non-engineering background and gender diversity, you will be good to go.

Yes, but you might not get the best colleges for B.Com (H). Tbh, chances are really less. It would be better if you focus on other courses. Your percentage is good, you can get courses like English (H), political science Hons, etc.

There are plenty of colleges available near Pondicherry for distant learning in psychology. In my opinion, Annamalai University is the best for distant learning. It is a famous university and the best part I like about them is that they call you to live in their university for a month or so for all the practicals and research which no other university provides. Some other universities are:
1. Distant Education College
2. K. S. Memorial education trust
3. Cooperation College for Education.
