Hi,
The eligibility criteria to apply for IGNOU B.Ed admission is mentioned below:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto,
And
Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
OR
Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme in direct mode.
You must have teaching experience.

It is not possible to get the merit list of that programme details, as it changes every year and no year details matches with others. Therefore, you cannot use it to predict your selection. However, if you got like more than 80% in your 12th boards, of course you can get admission.

Hi,
You can apply for LEET DTU through official website of Delhi Technical University, once the admissions starts for the same. Try to score good in your semester exam. Also, purchase the previous year's problems and solve them thoroughly to get a seat in Delhi Technical University.
