Yes, of course, it is necessary to pass in chemistry subject if you want to clear your board exams and also for admission to the various Universities after 12th standard.

Depends on from where you're doing. Many coaching institutes are charging over 1 lac for the course.

You can do that given you take a permission from your college to attend lesser classes and go for your articleship instead, and study hard during all the remaining hours.
