You can do bachelor course after 10th, there are few universities which as BPP plus BA, BPP plus B.Com and BPP plus BBA option so if you want to do any bachelor program which I mentioned can be done through distance learning University. Only few universities have this BPP course.

The marks required to get admission will be a very tough thing to tell, as admissions are rank based and the marks fluctuate every year both in percentage as well as absolute due to varying difficulties of the JEE each year. You can check the relevant ranks and other data on JoSAA website.
