Dear, you must have passed in all subject in 12th standard. Then you are totally eligible for taking admission in Bachelors in Mass Communication in the said institute.

All the mentioned institutes occupy place in top colleges in India DTU and nsit would offer high chances to get placed with a good salary as they are located in capital city that offer proximity to HQ of various firms. IIT Ropar offer a brand IIT associated with it that would be helpful if you wish to go for higher education moreover ropar is now 8yrs old and do have a decent alumni base that is helping the institute with the high placement offer but not all companies visit ropar that are on list of DTU and NSIT. I would suggest you to target for a safe score of 93-95 percentile in CAT. Given the marks, you have in your school education you might have a good chance of going through with this college.

Dear friend, you can get admission without maths also but in this case you have to lose 2.5% of your best four subject and if after this deduction you lie in the cutoff you are eligible.

Dear friend, as per my knowledge pattern for entrance exam of is that it has 4 sections of equal weightage i.e; 25% each.
Sections are reasoning, English, general awareness and Maths(Data interpretation ).

It totally depends on your interest as B.A in office management just requires the person to have completed 10+2, no particular stream is required. So if you want you can go for it!
