FMS will release notification for admissions every year in the prescribed months (for the exact date just visit the FMS site regularly) and while coming to the selection process first the candidate should score 95% or above to qualify for that, CAT weightage will be of 40% and later you will called for GD-PI round, you should also have a work experience of minimum 2 years to get into it and the GD-PI rounds will consist of some weightage if you perform well in those rounds you will be called for a certificate verification process and after that if everything is okay.

You have to apply for university online, visit the university site and fill up the form which requires your details. If you will be eligible you will get the colleges according to the cutoffs. Provided you must be from biology streams in your higher secondary studies.

Don't worry about the loan for now. Since, IIFT is a premier institute, you will very easily get Scholar Loan, which covers your tuition fees, hostel fees, mess fees, laptop that you may need to buy for studies etc. from SBI, PNB and many other banks. For now, please concentrate on getting in.

There are very less chances that DU release its 11th cut-off as in 9th cut-off most of the college seats are full. And remaining seats are only available for reserved category candidates.
