I think you shouldn't wait for the 3rd list, because Deshbandhu is not that much bad or low standard college, Go for it, and if you want to change the college so you can do it after 1st year in Deshbandhu by migration process. To get admission in DU is reliable. The college doesn't matter that much, after all, the degree of DU is important. That is my opinion. Rest of the decision is totally up to you.

You are supposed to consider 4 subjects in which you secured higher score. The lowest one you need to exclude. You can't exclude English marks. It is mandatory.

The result of GGSIPU CET BBA has been declared on May 31. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has conducted GGSIPU CET 2018 on May 26, 2018. Other than BBA programme, GGSIPU CET is also conducted for admissions to Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Business Administration (Computer Aided Management) and Bachelor in Business Administration (Banking & Insurance). Yes, you have to give entrance test for the admission.
Criteria for admission procedure in Hindu College of Pharmacy:-
Eligibility-10+2 Science and age limit 17 to 25 years.
Students NRI/ Indian entrance exams as I.M. Council
Entrance Tests 3 attempts ranks required 40% to 50%.

Both the courses are best in their own place. It depends on your interest. More than 50+ colleges offer economics honours but only 10+ colleges under DU offer statistics (Hons). I would suggest you do statistics (Hons) from Sri Venkateshwar College because if you do this course and get good marks and knowledge of this subject then you will get easily placed in an MNC.
