Among the options you've mentioned DCAC is the best option for you. It is a great college better than Kamla Nehru. The only drawback will be its infrastructure but apart from that the crowd, academics and extra-curricular are in shape. Good luck.

rank with more than 1000 is somehow difficult to get the colleges under top 5 rank but you could get the colleges under the top 10 rank of IPU and may be you can get admission is the top 3 colleges of IPU depend on the number of students enrolling themself.
