Yes, until you qualify for all the given requirements to pursue the same. You need to have Master's degree in order to pursue Ph.D.

Hi,
With 86.5 % you can pursue B.Com (P) from DU but all you have to do is wait till cut offs drop and if you are interested in B.Com (Hons) you have chances for clarifying B.Com (Hons) cut off also but that too in last one. You may not get top rated college but give preference to course rather than college. Choose wisely.

It's very difficult to get any NLU as the cutoffs are really high every year. However, try for private universities as they are equally good.
