The average salary fluctuates between 8-10 LPA depending on the number of recruits.
In the year 2015, Samsung Research, newly set UPAT B'lore recruited more than 10 students and offered 14 LPA CTC. This does't happen every year. Biggies like Microsoft, Flipkart, Amazon etc. take 1 or 2 students only and sometimes none. The highest package of around 52 LPA has been offered by Facebook for overseas posting. Facebook did not come this year. It came for internships in 2014 but took no one.

But if you are opting for B.Com (prog.) then Maths is not compulsory for every college of Delhi University.

47000 Rs PA, you would pay +5000 Rs as a onetime security fee at the time of admissions. As of placements, firms do not come to our college so campus placement is 0%. But in off-campus placement, you may expect a package of 50k.

The eligibility score for admission in B.Ed. programme is at least 50% marks (i.e. aggregate of total marks in all subjects offered by the candidate) either in the Bachelors degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanities/Commerce, or Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto.
So I think you are eligible.
