No, you can't, when you pursue one course in one college your class 12th mark sheet and other document are to be submitted during admission process. At one time, you can't pursue dual course.

you can be a creative consultant, or an actor or writer in film and tv company. can be an acting faculty in FTII or Any Other acting drama institute.

Student who already have taken admission in January 2018 are allowed to that scheme for no fee for the SC/ST Candidate but who take admission in July 2018 they will have fee reimbursement also varsity has been extending 50 percent fee waiver to students of rural areas who come under Below Poverty Line (BPL) category for the following agricultural programmes: -
Diploma in Watershed Management
Diploma in Value Added Projects of Fruits and Vegetables
Diploma in Dairy Technology
The applications to these programmes will be provided free of cost for the candidates who come under BPL category. Hope this helps.

Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
