Well, I can't say better. But, it is equivalent as top NITs IT department of DTU is under COE department.

Hi Nikita, it is difficult to pinpoint names of colleges where you can get admission, depends on the merit list and cut-offs, which have changing trends every year. You can go through previous years DU trends and have an idea though.

You need to get your self register into DU's website. Then, you need to check the cut-off list of different colleges. Then, you need to go for counselling.
