INSD Colleges faculty and staff are an essential part of providing quality education centered around the business of fashion. We strive to provide employees with a friendly and comfortable working environment with opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
The placement opportunities are not so good. A few students get placed after completing the course, the rest of the students have to search for the job on their own.

But MBICEM doesn't provide direct campus placements. Students are asked to do internship in print media or digital media after 1st year and in electronics media in 2nd year. BMMMC is course offered by Indraprastha College, Delhi University. The full form of the course is mass media and mass communication course. This course is a blend of the tools which are used for communicating with people along with the different ways in which the communication is being made. This is the only college in India until now which offers this blended course.
The placements of this college are good. Most of the students get placed during on-campus placements itself. Both print and electronic media agencies come to hire the students. Some of them are TOI, Hindustan Times, Aajtak and many more.
