Hi Abhay
FMS Delhi is as good as the top IIMs in most parameters. Its placement packages are at par with the top IIMs and FMS Delhi has far lower cost involved in terms of fees.

Firstly, I would like to tell you why you want to drop because B.Com is not a high degree so with B.Com you can do company secretary and concentrate more on company secretary because a good portion of B.Com depends upon the syllabus of Company Secretary course so my suggestion is that continue your degree course while doing CS.

DU scholarships provides a medium for any meritorious students with a poor financial background to support their higher education. Students from all DU colleges are eligible for this scholarship. Most of the scholarships are basically grants for books except SH. Prem Prakash Award and Dev Raj and Sushila Seth Scholarship. Payment of scholarships will be released by the principle after student gives detailed information to the registrar of DU. Please check for important dates to apply for scholarships at DU.
