It's very heartening to see that even in 10th class you have a dream in your eyes. It's actually very simple. After 12th, you should seek admission in BA English. Then PG in English. Clear SET or NET. This will get you job. Then register for PhD.

You can go for the state government colleges. You can get NITs in further counselling too. If you don't have any patience then go for DTU counselling, Thapar University or Jaypee.
