It will be very difficult for you to get into NIT, Durgapur at this rank. You should try government colleges in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand. I think you may get one there.

Admission for B.Tech Biotechnology after class 12th is done on the basis of JEE Mains score. Lateral entry admission in only for engineering Diploma holders from any recognized polytechnic only.

1)The first and the foremost, you need to fill an online application for Delhi University mentioning all the courses that you wish to seek admission in. Though, you can also go for offline application but it will be convenient to fill it online. You will also be required to fill your class 12th board marks subject wise.
2) Next, wait for the cut off lists.
3) For B.Sc courses, the cut-off is to be calculated as for physics, chemistry, zoology, botany, etc. and your cut-off is calculated as per your percentage in PCM.

Dates are still not confirmed, but counseling held every year in the month of July. So you can expect the application form to be out in June

Hi Sartaj,
Every year FIITJEE conducts scholarship cum admission test. So, you must attend it and based on that, you will be given admission and scholarship.
Refer the newspapers for the admission test from FIITJEE.
After the JEE advanced exam, they will surely give 1-2 page ads in top newspapers. Also, there will be the information about the admission test.
You can also visit their office and write the test for admission.
