Sorry to say but with this rank there are null chances of getting CSE in DTU/NSIT. However, you may get ECE/civil or mechanical with your score. Last year the cutoff for mechanical for OBC candidates was 75000 (CRL rank).

Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University is far better than SRM Chennai, but Indraprastha University is better in some aspects like fees, placement, location and faculty.

If you are really getting admission in DTU then wait for next year for IITs. So, I suggest you to go and take admission as dropping one may lose another year if you are not getting it.
