You may choose a college under Indraprastha University and Bharti Vidyapeeth. There are no other good universities or institutes in Delhi and NCR.

Hello Piyush,
Ambedkar University Delhi, located at Lothian Road near Old Delhi railway station, Kashmere GATE.
Indira Gandhi National Open University located at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi but IGNOU provides distance learning.
Jamia Milia Islamia University located at Jamia Nagar, New Delhi.
These are good government college.

Admission in M.Sc (Nursing) at Jamia Hamdard University is offered on the basis of combined entrance test (CET) conducted by the University. Candidates with B.Sc Nursing degree with minimum 55% marks are eligible to appear for CET to seek admission in M.Sc (Nursing).
