You have no option to seek admission in B.Tech at Jamia Millia Islamia University now. You may appear for JEE Mains next year's after good preparations.

IHM Pusa road is the best, the admission happens trough the NCHMCT exam.

DTU; VIT; KIIT; Jaypee; Manipal University.

Ambedkar University Delhi, located at Lothian Road near Old Delhi railway station, Kashmere GATE.
Indira Gandhi National Open University located at Maidan Garhi, New Delhi but IGNOU provides distance learning.
Jamia Milia Islamia University located at Jamia Nagar, New Delhi.
These are good government college.

It looks your priorities are not clear. You are advised to do your strength and weakness analysis and do further studies based on your strength and interests.

Admission in M.Sc (Nursing) at Jamia Hamdard University is offered on the basis of combined entrance test (CET) conducted by the University. Candidates with B.Sc Nursing degree with minimum 55% marks are eligible to appear for CET to seek admission in M.Sc (Nursing).
