Hi,
Below mentioned is the eligibility criteria:
1. Candidate must have completed Bachelor's degree after class 12th of formal schooling and secured at least 50% marks (45% for OBC/ PWD/ CW and mere passing marks for SC/ ST).
2. Final year candidate can also apply on provisional basis.
3. You must have scored at least 98.54 percentile in CAT exam.

You need to have atleast 50% marks in 10th, 12th and graduation. You may get a GD PI call if you perform exceptionally good in the entrance exam.

Yes, you should get a call from IIT Delhi the cutoff for last year was around 96 or 97percentile in CAT. It will be a borderline case. You can also apply for:
MDI Gurgaon
NITIE Mumbai
XIMB Bhubaneshwar.
