First of all, cutoff cannot be assumed before the exam because it will be decided by board after the exam and results in the previous year. Above 90 percentage is required for DTU.

(a) CAT i.e certificate in account technician from ICMAI or ICAI.
(b) Advance Diploma in computer application in finance and accounts from recognized training institutes.
(c) PGDFM from NISM or NSE.
If you want to continue your study, you may pursue CA or CMA.

I was in the same shoes where you are right now. I was too thinking between these colleges for admission but due to better faculty, companies and offerings I opted for Asia Pacific institute of management.

Before taking admission in distance mode B.Tech program, you need to consider below mentioned points:
1. There is no good report in placement for distance or evening mode B.Tech program.
2. You need to check the institutions approval from AICTE.
3. What is career aim after B.Tech program?
Think twice before taking any steps in your career.
