Yes, Students from the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) board are considered for admission to German universities so long as they are eligible through the eligibility criteria given by the university. The Technical University of Munich is almost free for international students as it does not charge tuition fees for most of its courses. According to the law in Germany, as specified by TUM itself, there is no tuition fee. However, students must manage their additional expenses in order to study at TUM. Also, note that some of the executive master’s programs charge additional fees. The TUM fees vary between INR 0 to INR 22.7 L for first-year study.
